The BBC is sticking with Jeremy Vine for the always-patronising virtual reality element of Election Night coverage. Jeremy replaced Peter Snow in 2006, with his first go at the green-screen graphics at the local elections of 2008. This would have been at the height of his salary package, negotiated by agent Alex Armitage. I wonder what his fee stands at in 2019.
