Most of BBC1's regular shows are into their 'winter season'. There's more of a stutter at ..imagine...
The flagship arts show has brought us one new edition, with kids making a musical in Walthamstow, shown late on Monday. There are two other repeats, from 2006 and 2009 available on the iPlayer, and a repeat of a show about Cary Grant coming on BBC2 on Sunday afternoon.
Editor and presenter Alan Yentob is still waiting to resolve his battle with the Insolvency Service, over the collapse of the charity Kids Company. The Insolvency Service is pursuing disqualification of Mr Yentob and other trustees for a period of six years, under Section 6 of the Company Director Disqualification Act - "that his conduct as a director of that company makes him unfit to be concerned in the management of a company."
There are some 48 lever-arch files of papers for the lawyers to consider, and the earliest a full hearing could start is July 2020 - five years after the charity went bust.
