I enjoy taking the mickey out of BBC jobs ads, but have to acknowledge that some times they offer insights.
The writer of this, for a Head of Digital Products, has got the BBC News department down to a T.
"Experience working in a complex institution with thousands of staff is a plus, especially businesses or organisations with multiple stakeholders, multiple internal power centres and varied ways of working and making decisions....
"Candidates with significant experience working in areas with technical debt and operational complexity resulting will be preferred. "
Technical debt, according to Wiki, means "the implied cost of additional rework caused by choosing an easy (limited) solution now instead of using a better approach that would take longer."
