According to PodNews, the BBC may have its tentacles crossed in its current impasse over podcasts with Google.
The BBC has blocked Google Home and Google Podcasts from hosting its podcasts. But the BBC also supplies podcasts to commercial platform Acast (to raise advertising revenue from abroad), and Acast then supplies some linking to Google. So, if you want, you can now see some BBC output, like back episodes of Woman's Hour, on Google. Clear ?
