It's not just the speech you have to check against delivery with the BBC's James Purnell. It's the personal grooming. Whilst the BBC Media Centre accompanied the text of his speech on radio audiences and how-to-grow-them with a mugshot of the Full Purnell Imperial, our Jim had apparently shaved it off for the Radio Theatre.
