Full of it

A particularly self-congratulatory set of minutes from the January meeting of the BBC, with members pleased with the way they're handling themselves, pay, BBC distribution, the Annual plan and much more.  The only thing the non-execs seemed not to like was the way the Executive takes too long at meetings to explain just how brilliant they've been over the previous month....
