Newsbeat is continuously increasing the reach of its stories online aimed at its target audience and we are now looking for an experienced digital journalist to help lead the digital proposition as the Newsbeat site gets ready to merge with BBC News online.
Specifically designed for a younger audience Newsbeats [sic] online articles, videos and social content are part of BBC News main priorities over the next few years... The digital operation often reflects content on Newsbeats [sic again] radio output and elsewhere on Radio 1/1Xtra but it also delivers bespoke content for a digital-only audience.
