Stand easy

The first BBC Annual Plan under the new Charter will be a day late. Probably so it doesn't steal the thunder from modest Matt Hancock's audacious renaming of the DCMS to the DDCMS. Is there any other Government Department that uses an adjective as a noun in its title, and doesn't order them alphabetically ?
