Aidan Corley, 27, has been in place since the end of last year. He comes via Sir Roger Manwood's School in Sandwich (A Foundation Co-Educational Grammar) and the University of Bath, where he studied Politics with International Relations. He's now struggling through on a salary somewhere under £52,999.At the end of the last Conservative Administration, he toiled on the 2020 Conservative Group's paper "Sweating Our Assets", a report led by South Thanet MP Laura Sandys.
The Corley family beyond Aidan have a more artistic bent. Father John works in stained glass, and with wife Heather and younger son Myles, runs the Linden Hall Studio, an art gallery in Deal.
