The BBC is advertising for a Progamme Management Office Manager "To manage the provision of programme management office services to the Compete or Compare programme in order to facilitate the successful design, set-up, delivery and closure [of what ? Ed] in line with good practices and BBC ways of working."

This is the initiative which will drive 60% of eligible network radio programme-making out to tender by 2022. But it's clear some big decisions are being taken now - or, spookily, may have already been taken. The Manager's job is "a 6 month attachment/fixed term contract to end 30th April 2016".
