Almost there

Early risers hoping for a first operational glimpse of Sky News' new glass studio were disappointed this morning. The move to the box, officially Studio 21, was delayed as Sarah-Jane Mee's co-presenter Jonathan Samuels was sent to report live from the dismantling of the Calais Jungle. The box itself may not have been the issue - maybe production staff felt more at home handling a 'breaking' story from the comfort of their familiar gallery and comms systems.
