Either: BBC boffins will be feeding in live data from their countrywide sniffing devices, reporting on the level of live tv watching on all devices in use by those without licence fees to their names. Anne Bulford will be re-calculating the 2016/17 income live during the Executive Board meeting.
Or: Nobody will be any the wiser by the end of the day whether or not there has been mass disobedience of the new Government legislation.
Either: Union reps will decide to tweak Lord Hall's tail over the 1% pay deal.
Or: They won't.
