Streamers

Radio Five Live Controller Jonathan Wall says the idea floated in the Guardian that the network might follow BBC3 into the online-only world is nonsense. That doesn't mean it isn't on a shopping list of savings options - it's the time of year for bright young strategists and accountants to write papers on long term financial plans, and the cuts to come will be hard and real.

It's also shroud-waving season.

Meanwhile one former Five Live presenter, Richard Bacon, seems to have moved online-only.
