The BBC World Service put out a warning to partners and re-broadcasters earlier today, about this weeks' edition of On Background, host by BBC Director of News James Harding and Economist Editor Zanny Minton-Beddoes....
"Warning: This programme contains strong language that may be offensive to stations and listeners. Please contact us for full details."
