The slow but steady decline of interest in the BBC1 Sunday drama Jonathan Strange and Mr Norrell continues. Last night's episode was watched by an average of 1.78m (8.4% share) according to the overnights.
It was well beaten in the 9pm slot by ITV's Home Fires, on 5m - but also by the third part of Dan Snow's Armada documentary on BBC2, which attracting 1.83m.
