The general spraunceification (copyright WDR) of W1A continues with a new eatery about to open on Great Titchfield Street. Mac & Wild, previously offering Scottish game as street food at Whitecross Street and various other pop-ups, are going indoors with their first restaurant. Dishes will include venison tartar, cured smoked scallops, venison steak, venison burgers with duck fat chips and whisky tipsy or horseradish toffee for dessert.
I'm not entirely sure how the more sensitive types from Broadcasting House will take to the restaurant's catchline: "Gun to Plate".
