There's a new-ish diversity team at the BBC, after the decision to base the operation in the empty spaces of The Mailbox in Birmingham.
51-year-old Tunde Ogungbesan joins as Head of HR for Diversity, Inclusion and Succession, from Shell, where he's been since 2000 in various roles. He has a degree in Zoology, an MBA from Henley, and experience as an "Indirect Tax Manager" at Natwest. He's an Arsenal fan from Chessington, does a bit of running, and one of his three daughters is on a tennis scholarship in Pittsburgh.
