Over jumps

Dame Fiona Reynolds gets a day out in her role as lead non-exec at the BBC, with a session in front of the Culture Select Committee next Tuesday morning.  Fleshing things out at her side will be DG Lord Hall, Danny Cohen, Director of Television, and Jimmy Purnell, Director of Strategy and The Adjective Digital. No James Harding from News - two days before he announces his cuts.

The Committee winds up its evidence-gathering on the future of the BBC in early September, which gives acting Trust Chair Diane Coyle and new Culture Secretary Sajid Javid more time for role-playing sessions with the media trainers.
