We mentioned the BBC's Project Smart last month - trying to get more managers to engage with SAP business software.
Now we learn that the BBC has 4973 licenced SAP users - more than 1 in 4 of staff. This seems high, and potentially expensive. Any thoughts out there on comparable operations ?
