They're still waiting for the Big Noise from Schenectady, Jason Seiken, to express an opinion on the way forward at the multimedia Temple Of Doom that is the Telegraph's Victoria headquarters.
We learned today from The Guardian's Roy Greenslade, that the Five Pillars of Output, Live, Lifestyle, Digital, Print and Impact, conceived as the new structure of survival under previous management, are no more, and a new architecture is to be delivered by Seiken and Murdoch MacLennan. In HR terms, this is something of a nightmare: Heads of Pillars have already been appointed, mostly internal promotions, and the consequent gaps filled. This may cost something to untangle....
