Jessica Cecil is moving from her post as "Chief of Staff/Head of the DG's Office" to the comforting bosom of Anne Bulford's Finance and Operations Division. She can't have expected to serve quite so many DG's when she first signed up, but then Jimmy Savile speeded up things - and she worked for Thommo, Entwistle, Davie (acting) and Hall. Previous work on the collapse of the Mayan Civilisation may have proved good grounding, as perhaps did her other job as a non-exec with the London Ambulance Service.
