Charles Sale of the Daily Mail usually has his ear close to the workings of BBC Sport - and speculates today that Charlotte Green might be under consideration as the new voice of Saturday evening football results on Sports Report.
Charlotte, who left Radio 4 earlier this year, has, in the past, confessed to support for Tottenham Hotspur.
However, I'll wager this particular Sale suggestion is not a runner. Charlotte is nicely settled with a two hour show on Sundays for
Classic FM.
