BBC News' records show 16 complaints of bullying made in the 12 months from September 2011, according to an FOI response. Sadly, the inquirer didn't ask how many were upheld.
At 30 November 2012 there were 7112 staff on continuing or fixed term contracts working for BBC
News Group (i.e. BBC Network News, English Regions and Global News and World Service).
