Paddy Power still has Ed Richards as favourite to be the next DG of the BBC, at 7/4.  But George Entwistle has shortened a tad, at 9/4. Caroline Thomson is 10/3, and Helen Boaden has drifted out to 8/1 - her longest odds during the campaign. Tim Davie, presumed to be in the last five, has swung even further out - now 20/1, when previously he was available at 12/1.
