News comes from the BBC of a Creative Leadership Programme, set up by its training department, now branded The Academy. It's apparently available to all, and if you complete three modules, you end up with a Certificate from New York State University.

But what is creativity, I hear you ask ? Well, in this video, it's a toss up who's more creative: the graphic designer, or lecturer Gerard Puccio, Ph.D, Department Chair and Professor at the International Center for Studies in Creativity, Buffalo State, New York State University.  Two or three minutes will give you a flavour.
