Whilst many departments contemplate job cuts of up to 20%, the BBC has decided it needs an additional Internal Communications Adviser, to help it weather the continuing DQF storm. Salary range is £33,656 to £51,170.
This is the "Context and Scope" section of the job description - something that's supposed to help you understand what the job's all about. I don't.
• The IC Adviser role is a role that requires the individual to work across a range of IC projects from the business as usual divisional comms to key initiatives and translating creative initiatives into tangible plans.
• The model going forward is that the advisers manage between them the priority projects of IC both divisionally and from a pan-BBC perspective so working across divisions and/or projects and not focussing solely on one division or initiative.
• The role demands negotiating and working with third parties and stakeholders both within the BBC and outside
