What's news ?

We can't be far away from publication of the BBC Trust's review of Radio 5 Live's licence - due for revelation "Winter 2011".  The public consultation closed in July, and the September minutes of the BBC Executive show they've sent their comments back to the Trust. Look forward to hyper-activity from Moz Dee, Programme Controller, TalkSPORT (see his self-acknowledged-David-Brent channelling here - try from 9.00 in).  His ankle-biting side-kick Jimmy Buckland is also shaping up for a Twitter-fest, taking joy from this story in yesterday's Sun.
