After two letters from the Society of Authors on cuts to Radio 4 short stories, Mark Thompson has finally responded - offering a meeting on 20th December with Controller R4 Gwyneth Williams, with Tim Davie, Director of Audio and Music riding shotgun.   Hope the Authors take Michael Jecks along - you can hear him on Feedback this Friday.
