In the States, NBC have pulled the plug on their new "drama" series, The Playboy Club (aimed, apparently, at exploiting the Mad Men zeitgeist - but failing). The 10pm Monday slot will now be filled by repeats of the new US version of Prime Suspect - until news magazine Rock Center comes off the stocks on October 31.
