RAJAR day, and I thought I'd compare the BBC management's proposed cuts to various radio programme budgets with the stations year on year growth, or otherwise, in reach. Remember, the 4.2% cuts to local radio programme budgets are only a proportion of the total money they're losing - in many cases 20% or more.
