Freedom to say no

Here's some FoI on FoI.  The BBC has claimed exemption from revealing information on the grounds that it is held for the purposes of "art, literature or journalism" to an average of 50% of requests received in each of the past three years.  Found via the excellent WhatDoTheyKnow.
