Leading on leadership

Whilst DG Thommo looks for cuts of 25% in "support" areas such as HR at the BBC, the plans of Lucy Adams, running the department, stroll on.

talent and development agenda, pro-actively drive cultural and organisational change and influence stakeholders to ensure pragmatic effective talent management and learning and development solutions.

The pay offered is Grade 11, where the maximum is around £70k, just over 10% of the DG's salary.  And at the end of the full job description, there's a special HR addendum: "Undesirable behaviours".
