In one of those odd gavottes between the BBC and ITV, the commercial broadcaster's property stategist, Mark Stretton, who recently oversaw the deal for the Manchester operation and Coronation Street to move to MediaCityUK, is stepping down - to be replaced by Peter Copley.   Peter's most recently been part of the team trying market BBC Television Centre.
