Peel Media revealed today that they've sold just over one third of the 378 flats that have been built as part of MediacityUK Phase 1. They've been on the market since May 2008. All the studios, which were originally on offer at £125k, seem to have gone from the website of agents King Sturge, so the cheapest available are now one-bedroom apartments at £147k, parking space extra.
James Whittaker, son of Chairman John, and a team are on their way to try to sell some to investors in Hong Kong.
