Got one piece of the jigsaw right, but it was probably the easiest.
From the start of the new financial year in April 2011, Helen Boaden in the existing role of Director of BBC News will move onto the Executive Board and will represent the interests of BBC journalism there.
So what happens to the Journalism Directorate - does it still exist, but is renamed News ? Where do the others who sit on the "Journalism Board" turn up every two weeks from April ? Or do they merge onto Helen's existing News Board ? There'll be a few worried faces around today...
