All change at St Andrew

Homes and businesses along the Leith Walk down to Newhaven in Edinburgh wake up this morning to find that all that construction work to prepare for a tram service is now on hold.   The trams from Edinburgh Airport will now terminate at St Andrew Square, if and when the beleaguered first phase opens, probably in 2013.  Roads down to the dock area have been bashed around since 2007.    From The Scotsman.
