25 September. The famous red "Granada TV" sign is taken off the ITV building at Quay Street in Manchester (though a spokesman said it had to come down, because of corrosion)
24 September. Adam Crozier is heard saying there'll be a decision on where next for ITV in the city within 4 weeks.
26 September. Peter Preston in The Observer says ITV has re-committed to regional news.
16 October. Possible public opening of the piazza at MediaCityUK
