Hayley Matthews, currently an assistant curate in Lancaster, has been appointed Chaplain at MediaCityUK, Salford Quays, reports the Rochdale News.
She was born in Worcester, moved to Blackpool, and studied at Cambridge. Four years in the Territorial Army may or may not prove useful in the more urban environment of Greater Manchester, as might her two Jack Russells, Buster and Tegan.
