BBC property boss Chris Kane is taking an unusual step to spice up his blog, Spaces and Places. (Declaration: I used to work closely, and very happily, with members of his team on the W1 development). He's planning a series of posts with an anonymous member of his staff, answering key questions like "Why are people afraid to take a decision themselves ?" and "What do team members think of me ?". Currently, the blog is open to all. Let's see if that's still the case as these posts emerge !
