Intrigued that Stephen Gerrard has moved into the restaurant business ? The Liverpool captain has become co-owner of The Warehouse in West Street, Southport - currently being refurbished, previously holder of a Michelin Bib Gourmand rating, and due to re-open in time for the World Cup.
Classy dining it might be, but take a trip along West St via Streetview. If there are no tables at The Warehouse, you might consider neighbours Starsky's, DeeJ's, Baker's and Drakes. Or it's a matter of yards to The Lounge Inn, where Stephen wanted to be a DJ himself.
