More money is being spent on MediaCity - but again, it's ours, and not coming from a commercial enterprise. Salford University has gone out to tender for up to £18m-worth of fit-out and technical facilities, reports Place North West. The shopping list includes tv and radio studios (can't they do a deal with the BBC/Peel Media ? ) , a cafe, and meeting rooms (aren't there going to be lots of those across the site anyway ?)
