Shift

Martin Langeveld at the Nieman Journalism Lab characterises latest newspaper circulation figures in the States as a "bus plunge". Down more than 10% comparing the most recent six months with the same period a year ago...

The Newsosaur reflects that now only 12.9% of Americans buy a daily newspaper, compared with 41% in 1940, when circulation figures were first collated.
