Porcine hotel

Design Week reports that Fergus Henderson, the chef who brought classy head-to-tail eating to Smithfield, is working with GMW architects on plans for a 16-bed hotel off Leicester Square. Apparently the ambition is to create a modern version of the traditional coach house 'in which you would say, “I shall take a room above”, instead of stumbling home late’. Fergus trained as an architect before turning to offal.
