Fresh faces ?

519 BBC London-based staff in scope to move to Salford in the lowest ranks (Grades 2 to 7) have said "yes". The BBC says this is a percentage of 45%, and is in line with the percentage of senior managers who made the same choice. By my (admittedly weak) maths, that leaves 920 posts to fill. But the BBC already has "expressions of interest" from 1,000 other staff who fancy a move north - so we may not see quite the influx of fresh talent the people of Greater Manchester might have been expecting...
