Radio Today reports rather half-hearted news from Britain's car makers - DAB radios should become standard equipment in new cars from 2014. FM switch off is planned for 2015. No sign yet of a manufacturer stepping in with a cheap upgrade system; they were much quicker off the mark with ways to bodge your CD player/iPod/MP3 player through old AM/LW cassette radios...
