Not sure it's necessarily a green shoot, but the Ark, hanging over the Hammersmith flyover, has its first new tenant since its £20m makeover last year. Opentv has taken space on the ninth floor, at a rent thought to be £35 a square foot. The last Ark tenants, Seagram, moved out in 2000. From Property Week.
