The Institute for the Future (scary name) has published a list of ten leadership skills that will deliver success in the workplace in the next 40 years, taken from a new book by Bob Johansen.
Coming in at number nine is "Signal/Noise Management - filtering meaningful info, patterns, and commonalities from massively-multiple streams of data and advice". Spot on.
