House prices have nudged up, says the Nationwide (reported here by The Times). My sister has sold her house near Esher, after nine months of trying. An office colleague has had two offers within £5k of her asking price on a north London 2 bed flat after two years of zero interest.
But is the UK economy right to remount the old horse of house price inflation ?
