Gone AP

There's a mini-firestorm following the AP/Google positions taken at the Newspaper Association of America convention in San Diego earlier this week.

Valleywag's Owen Thomas provides the stats that shows AP's bosses don't quite understand what drives traffic to their own sites; and Jeff Jarvis at Buzz Machine hits at AP's apparent refusal to play fair with links to genuine content creators.
