Busy week in BBC News - interviews underway for the next Head of the Multimedia Newsroom, then there's contingency planning for Friday's one-day strike called by the NUJ. Management can't get someone in post fast enough to help out if the strike goes ahead, but there'll be plenty of effort available from the candidates in play, so we're not holding our breath for an announcement.
Meanwhile little news from the NUJ on their website, and more and more questions about what part Paul McLaughlin, their National Broadcasting Organiser, is playing this dispute.
